The guarantee

Every product sold on curiousdigitalthings.store comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your order date and we'll refund the full amount you paid.

You don't need to justify the request. "It wasn't for me" is a complete reason.

How to request a refund

1. Email support@curiousdigitalthings.store.
2. Include the email address you used at checkout and the product name. An order number helps but isn't required.
3. We'll confirm by email once the refund is issued.

Timing

• We aim to process refund requests within 2 business days of receiving them.
• Once issued, the money is returned to your original payment method. How quickly it appears depends on your bank or card issuer — typically 5–10 business days, which is outside our control.

Do I have to delete the files?

Our products are digital files (apps and PDFs), so we can't take them back, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. We ask that you stop using and delete your copies once a refund is issued. We won't chase you about it — but continuing to use a product you've been refunded for is a breach of the Terms & Conditions.

Problems that aren't refunds

If your download didn't arrive or the file won't open, that's a delivery problem and we'll fix it — you don't need to ask for a refund. Email us and we'll resend your files. Check your spam and promotions folders first, as automated delivery emails often land there.

Bundles

If you bought a bundle, you can refund it in full. We can also refund one item and keep the other active — just tell us which you'd like to keep.

Repeat requests

We reserve the right to decline refunds where there's clear evidence of abuse — for example, repeatedly buying and refunding the same product. This is rare and we'll always explain our reasoning.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other consumer protection law that applies to you. Our guarantee is offered in addition to those rights, not instead of them. If a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what we said it would, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of the 30-day window.
