You buy a PDF, it's yours to keep and print. Don't resell it. That's most of it.

These terms apply when you buy from or use curiousdigitalthings.store, operated by Curious Digital Things ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't buy.
Our products are digital files — PDF workbooks and printable posters. Nothing physical is shipped. You'll need a device that can open a PDF, and for some products a printer and a keyboard instrument, as described on each product page.
Your download is delivered by email to the address you enter at checkout, normally within a few minutes of payment. If it hasn't arrived within an hour, check your spam and promotions folders, then email support@curiousdigitalthings.store and we'll resend it. Delivery failures caused by a mistyped email address are fixable — just tell us.
When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. That means:

We retain all copyright and intellectual property in our products. Buying a copy doesn't transfer ownership of the work.
Every product carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. The full terms are on our Refund Policy page, which forms part of these terms.
Our products are educational material. They teach concepts and give you a structured way to practise. They can't guarantee a result, because the outcome depends on the work you put in.
We describe the honest limits on each product page — for example, Piano Theory Unlocked will not make you a concert pianist, and says so. Nothing we sell is professional, medical, financial, or legal advice.
We work hard to make our products correct and our product pages accurate. If you find an error, tell us — we'll fix it and, where it's a meaningful correction, make the updated file available to existing buyers. We don't promise ongoing updates as a feature of any product.
We aim to keep the site and checkout available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Hosting, payment, and email delivery depend on third-party providers.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where we're permitted to limit a remedy for a breach of a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to resupplying the product or refunding what you paid.
Buying a product means we'll email you about that order. We'll only send you marketing email if you opted in, and every marketing email has a working unsubscribe link. See our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will be handled in the Australian courts, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim in your own jurisdiction where consumer law entitles you to.
